Free Global Safety Upgrade

We are proactively making a strap fastener upgrade available to any family, anywhere in the world, that would like one – free of charge.

This upgrade is available for MamaRoo infant swing models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037 and all RockaRoo infant rockers (model number 4M-012). You can find your model number embossed on the underside of the base.

When the swing or rocker is not in use, the restraint straps can dangle below the seat and crawling infants can become entangled in the dangling straps, posing a strangulation hazard to the non-occupant infant. 4moms is currently updating its MamaRoo and RockaRoo inventory and will include the strap fastener upgrade directly in the box. Look for a sticker on the outside of the box that reads: "This product has been reworked by 4moms and now contains a Strap Fastener." If your unit already contains this piece, you do not need to reach out to obtain another one.

This strap fastener upgrade to your MamaRoo or RockaRoo is an easy-to-install solution that will prevent the straps from extending under the swing when not in use.

If you have an infant who can crawl then do not leave your child unattended with the product or stow the product in a safe, inaccessible location until the strap fastener has been fitted.
